Keepers is a reflection of the quiet guardianship of the land, where nature and tradition intertwine. We stopped to photograph the peaceful scene on a drive through West Clare on a warm evening in May last Summer '24. The sheep, ever watchful and serene, embody a timeless presence, their silent watch a testament to the harmony between the land and its inhabitants. Bathed in the soft glow of the evening light, they stand as gentle keepers of a landscape that whispers stories of resilience, continuity and peace.
